It really depends on the number of guests you expect will attend, and how you would like the suite set up. Our executive boxes are our smallest suites, and can hold a maximum of 10 guests. The executive boxes start from £90 + VAT for a half day rate. The larger suites start from £625 + VAT for a half-day hire rate.
Our largest suite can hold up to 300 guests, dependent on the layout of the suite.
All Suites at The Hawthorns are fully equipped with Audio Visual options.
We offer a DDR rate based on a minimum number, which varies per suite. We charge £36 + VAT per person for the day delegate rate, and it includes:

We do allow guests to have access to the suite the day prior to set up, providing that the suite is available. We can confirm the availability of this a week prior to your event taking place.
If you would like to guarantee the access the day before for set up, there will be an additional room hire fee.
We have a list of approved external caterers that we ask you to use, should you wish to provide your own catering. Please ask the events team for more information.
WIFI is complimentary for our guests at The Hawthorns. Please ask your event organizer or duty manager how to access this.
Yes, we have over 300 car parking spaces which as all complimentary. Unfortunately we cannot reserve car parking spaces, all spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
